Data Concierge Technologies LLC

Billing and Off-Platform Payment Policy

Effective date: May 25, 2026 | Version: 2026-05-25

TODO: Confirm the current authority contract/invoice terms with counsel. Before adding any in-app payments, publish reviewed online billing, cancellation, refund, and payment-processor terms.

1. No Website Payments at This Time

Kosher Concierge is operated by Data Concierge Technologies LLC. The Service does not currently offer checkout, subscriptions, payment processing, or payment collection through the website.

Authorities may pay Data Concierge Technologies LLC outside the Service under separately communicated arrangements. Applicants may pay authorities outside the Service under arrangements directly between the applicant and the authority.

2. Authority and Applicant Arrangements

Any billing, cancellation, or refund terms between Data Concierge Technologies LLC and an authority are governed by the separate agreement, quote, or invoice provided to that authority.

Data Concierge Technologies LLC does not set, receive, process, or refund fees paid by applicants to authorities through the Service. Applicants should direct fee and refund questions about certification services to the applicable authority.

3. Billing Questions

Authorities with questions about an off-platform invoice or payment arrangement with Data Concierge Technologies LLC may contact [email protected]. Legal notices may be sent to [email protected].

Nothing in this policy modifies a separately executed agreement or limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

4. Certification Outcomes

Fees pay for access to or use of the Service, not for certification approval, a kosher-status determination, or any guaranteed regulatory, legal, or compliance outcome. The platform is not legal, regulatory, or certification advice.

5. Future Online Payments

If the Service later begins accepting online payments or recurring subscriptions, we will update this Policy and present applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before users submit payment.
