Data Concierge Technologies LLC operates Kosher Concierge. This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with accounts and use of the Service.

  • Company, authority, product, workflow, and certification-related business information submitted through the Service.

  • Records related to off-platform commercial arrangements directly with us, if applicable. The Service does not currently collect online payment card information or process applicant payments to authorities.

  • Provide, maintain, authenticate, secure, and support the Service and its workflows.
  • Process requested actions, uploaded documents, communications, and applicable off-platform account administration.
  • Prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, enforce terms, and comply with law.
  • Improve product reliability and functionality using appropriate operational information.

We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, or communicate through the Service; with organizations and users authorized in the relevant workflow; when instructed by a customer; or as required to comply with law and protect rights or security.

We do not represent that submitted certification information has been approved or legally verified merely because it is processed or shared through the Service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations, subject to applicable customer commitments.
